Email orders and policies

As many of you know, I get nervous with email orders. I am also allowing for fax orders...(814-217-6739) but they will be treated the same as an email order, so please read below to find out the rules and stipulations.

****One of the major worries for me is missing an email order, so if you have not received the product in 5 days or gotten a shipping notice, then please email me and check on the order.

******Shipping turn around time right now is 24 to 72 hours. But I have kept my shipping policy in place that it could take up to 2 weeks. I do NOT expect that to happen but I have learned in life, the unexpected does happen.

*****Orders greater then $25 will automatically be shipped first class mail...domestic and international, so if you wish something different, please let me know..

******My self and a good friend have been working on the DreamWorld website trying to fix the splitting cart issue. My great hope is that after this weekend it will be fixed, but please if you still are having problems with it...let me know by email.

If you have any email orders, PLEASE specify the size, and color that you wish to get...and if it involves foundations, I need to know the formula you have chosen...

I will then email you back asking how you would like it shipped...

with the prices and choices available...

Once that is done and you email me back I will then send you a total, including shippage.

That is when you can choose how you would like to pay...I can send an invoice through pay pal, or you can send the payment through the mail...

Just remember, if it is a personal check, it does have to clear before I send the product.....while with a money order they will ship as though paid by pay pal.
